While we have deterrent devices and perimeter lighting installed to minimize wildlife activity, it may still occur from time to time. 📌 Cancellation & Travel Insurance Disclosure Our property follows Airbnb’s Firm Cancellation Policy: • Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. • 50% refund (of the nightly rate and cleaning fee) if cancelled 7 to 30 days before check-in. • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in, for no-shows, or for early check-outs. Please note that this policy applies to all reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions. Because unexpected events can happen such as illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans, we strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance. Pool Heating To help ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we’d like to share a few important details about the pool heating system. The pool requires significantly more time to heat and usually takes around 12 hours to reach the set temperature, depending on weather conditions. For optimal comfort and proper chemical balance, the recommended pool temperature range is 82–86°F. Heating the pool beyond this range may impact water quality and clarity.
