While we have deterrent devices and perimeter lighting installed to minimize wildlife activity, it may still occur from time to time. 📌 Cancellation & Travel Insurance Disclosure Our property follows Airbnb’s Firm Cancellation Policy: • Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. • 50% refund (of the nightly rate and cleaning fee) if cancelled 7 to 30 days before check-in. • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in, for no-shows, or for early check-outs. Please note that this policy applies to all reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions. Because unexpected events can happen such as illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans, we strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance. This provides protection for circumstances not covered by our cancellation policy. To help ensure a smooth and safe stay, we may ask for additional verification, including a photo ID. If verification isn’t completed, the reservation may be canceled per platform rules. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
