While we have deterrent devices and perimeter lighting installed to minimize wildlife activity, it may still occur from time to time. 📌 Cancellation & Travel Insurance Disclosure Our property follows Airbnb’s Moderate Cancellation Policy: • Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. • 50% refund (of the nightly rate and cleaning fee) for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in. • No refund for no-shows or early check-outs. Please note that this policy applies to all reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions. Because unexpected events can happen such as illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans, we strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance. This provides protection for circumstances not covered by our cancellation policy. To help ensure a smooth and safe stay, we may ask for additional verification, including a photo ID. If verification isn’t completed, the reservation may be canceled per platform rules. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Additional notes: A starter supply of essentials is provided for each stay. Additional refills may be available the next day upon written request via Airbnb messaging. Please do not leave exposed or uncovered food in the home. If excessive food waste or related mess is left behind and requires extra cleaning, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. Toilet Use: Kindly do not flush napkins or personal hygiene products into the toilet, as these may cause clogging. Please dispose of them in the trash bin provided. If clogging occurs during your stay due to improper use, a $400 fee will be charged to cover the plumber’s visit and repair. Pool Heating: One of the pools is heated for your enjoyment, while the other pool is not heated. Please ensure that any deliveries are addressed under the name on your reservation and that you notify us in advance. This helps our team properly identify your package and avoid any issues.
